Do I need to know how to code or run a server?
No. Everything is created and configured automatically. You use the panel to start, stop, send alerts and manage your players.
How long until the hotel is online?
A few minutes after creating it. You follow the progress in the panel and get the Admin password on your hotel page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the plans with a custom domain. We show you the simple steps to point your domain and the SSL certificate activates on its own. Every hotel also gets a free address.
Can I change the design and the site code?
Colours, logo, texts and registration are yours to change on every plan, straight from the panel and without coding. Editing the site, game and emulator code is available on the plans with code editing, with history to undo any change.
Is my data isolated from other hotels?
Yes. Each hotel runs on its own, with its own database and the resources reserved by its plan.
Does the game work on phones?
Yes. The game uses the Nitro or Octane clients in HTML5 and opens straight in the browser on a computer, phone or tablet, with nothing to install.
Is there a contract? What if I pay late?
No contract: you pay month by month and cancel whenever you want. If a renewal is not paid, the hotel is paused, nothing is deleted, and it comes back online as soon as you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You upgrade from the panel and only pay the difference for the days left in the month.
